We respect everyone who works in or uses The Lowry. We enjoy the eclectic mix of artistic opportunity The Lowry offers and reach out to help others get the most from The Lowry too.

We are ambitious to be the best, and are always looking for innovative ways to be so.
We work hard to succeed and to make sure visitors enjoy their Lowry experience.
We are always learning, because that’s the best way to meet our potential and have fun.

This website is a comprehensive, easy to use, accessible site, which allows patrons to view Lowry events and activities on line, visit The Lowry shop and much more.

The Lowry’s Audio season brochure is produced three times a year and contains details of all our forthcoming theatre and gallery events.

All Lowry-produced print is available in large print format.  Please contact the Box Office for your copy. Call on 0843 208 6000.

We have 3 wheelchairs available for loan with a small returnable deposit. These can be booked through Box Office on 0843 208 6000. We advise wheelchair users to inform the Box Office when booking tickets for a theatre event in order to ensure all seating requirements are met.

We offer complimentary theatre tickets to essential personal assistants but, unfortunately, we can't offer free tickets online, so please contact box office for details.

A Personal Assistant offers the person they are attending with additional support during their visit. This could be navigating the building, assisting them to the toilet and are responsible for getting them safely out of the building in case of emergency.

Theatre doors are usually open 20 mins prior to a performance to allow patrons to enter the auditoriums at their leisure.

Front of House will announce when the doors are open.

The Lowry building has accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities.
